My cat has peed on my new leather boots-how do I get rid of the smell without ruining the leather?

Sprinkle liberally with Bicarbonate of Soda. Leave overnight and wipe off. Repeat if necessarry.

I dont think you can. When a cat pee%26#039;s...it seeps into everything and you can never get the smell out. My cat peed in my house before and we couldnt get rid of the smell so we had to get new carpet and rip all the old stuff up. I hope they werent that expensive!! ♥

Reply:Put the boots on and walk all over the cat!! No not really....I don%26#039;t know the answer.
Reply:cover with Arm and Hammer for a couple of days.
Reply:Clean your boots with baby oil. When it has dried, spray your boots with furniture polish.
Reply:there%26#039;s a new product out there, especially for animal urine. It%26#039;s called Urine Gone. google it (on images) and you%26#039;ll see it. it%26#039;s very effective..
Reply:you need to wrap some bicarb of soda in a small cloth then stuff inside the boots leave for at least 24 hours this works on any bad smells
