What will remove laundry detergent from leather boots?

I know. You wanted a longer answer. Water is the solvent your in need of for this one. Unless the boots are suede.

What will remove laundry detergent from leather boots?
Laundry detergent is capable of pretty bad pH damage to leather so you are best to try flush it however you can. you can run under water massaging the area until you dont get any more suds, towel blot and then take your hair drier and force dry the leather DO NOT focus on just one spot for any leather of time-work all around the area. If it is suede you may have to use a suede brush or sand paper to take off old nap and bring up fresher nap.

Best of luck
